DELIVERY TIME
Once the order has been received you will be sent a confirmation email. Once you receive the email please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Waltertainment reserves the right to extend expected delivery time.

RETURN POLICY
No returns. All sales are final.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product please contact info@waltertainment.com immediately. You may return the defective merchandise and receipt within 14 days of receipt or 21 days of shipment; whichever is less. Defective merchandise MUST be accompanied by original receipt. If product is found to be defective it will be replaced with the same exact product.

You may receive a duplicated DVD. Due to technological specifications your duplicated DVD may not play in your DVD player. Contact info@waltertainment.com and notify us of this problem. It will be replaced by a VHS tape. No refunds. If consumer wants to exchange replacement VHS tapes he/she must add a $10 restocking fee.

Merchandise that is damaged by the consumer cannot be exchanged.

QUANTITY LIMITS, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Waltertainment may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and Waltertainment reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled
Waltertainment will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of copyrighted motion pictures, videotapes or video disks. Criminal copyright infringement is investigated by the FBI and may constitute a felony with a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.
